The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Responsible for managing the third-party logistics (3PL) partner relationships including the onboarding process and on-going account ManagementResponsible for managing relationship with 3PL after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these 3PLsProvide insights from 3PLs perspective, including understanding products, market and competitor dynamicsDaily meeting (Hypercare) with vendors for monitor travel via Air, Land, and Sea.Monthly meeting with vendor Air, Sea, land for review performance vendorCoordinating with vendor management, control tower, middle mile operation from all regions.Recap data for create delivery performance vendor daily, weekly and monthlyReconciliation, create collection memo, reminder for collection, until payment of all 4PL and Line Haul VendorRequirements:Bachelor's in Computer Science / Information Systems or any related fieldAt least 1 years experience in Express / Logistics company as Business Intelligence / Performance Management / Control Tower AdminHard Skills: SQL, Python, Visual Basic, Power BI, or Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF)Good data analytical skills and problem solvingUnderstand end to end operation transport deliveryComfortable working with large data sets and numbersWilling to work in shiftWill be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
